Please arrive in plenty of time to warm up for a 10.30am first rep. The session is 1,2,3,2,1mins x 3 on the grass area of the park only. All juniors must be advised by their coach on how much of the session they are doing.
Post session refreshments will be available in the cricket pavilion, thanks to James for supplying the biscuits. We had 80 athletes for this session last year and it would great to get similar numbers this year. All abilities welcome!
