 The Lighthouse 10k from Portmahomack to Tarbat Ness Lighthouse is an out and back race on quiet roads. There is also a 5k fun run and a 10k walk. It looks only 20 miles (if that) from Elgin as the crow flies but is 77 miles round the Moray Firth in Easter Ross, 9 miles

This is the third 10km in The Northern Scot series.  The day promised to be dry but it was looking like there would be a 20mph headwind on the way back into Buckie. Team Yella had a total of 16 runners with some good results and times all round.  We also had some juniors running

Despite the wet forecast this years Glenlivet 10K (the most scenic in the country apparently!) turned out to be a perfect day for the 600 registered runners, with cool dry conditions and no wind. Never an easy course, with it’s well advertised ‘steady incline’, the race starts in the distillery grounds and winds it’s way

When Stephen Carmichael asked Kirsteen if he would put her name in to the ballot for the 2016 London Marathon, her response was ‘The only marathon I’ll do is Paris’. A quick check of the Paris Marathon website followed and revealed that entries were available.  Before Kirsteen could change her mind, both entries were paid
