What a fantastic day at the National XC Relays. Strong headwinds on the long uphills, fast 
downhill sections, deteriorating conditions underfoot for the later runners and not much flat to speak of just about sums up the 4k Cumbernauld course.The decision was made to enter a Senior Team plus a Vets Team and the decision paid off with Gareth Jenkins, Colin Green, Martin Bain and Paul Rogan finishing an excellent 5th out of 29 Vets teams, just 
46 seconds off Bronze.
46 seconds off Bronze.A strong opening leg from James Wilson set the Senior team up nicely and fine efforts from Andy Alexander, Jason James and Nigel Williams saw the team finish 69th from 88 complete senior teams. A great performance given recent (ongoing) injuries for some.
Thank you to everyone who journeyed down. It was great to see Team Yella mixing it on the National Stage.
