The end of January saw the Senior Men’s Indoor Championships at the Emirates stadium in Glasgow.
Both Gary Sweeney and Darrin Cameron were competing. Gary was 4th in the shot putt with 13.26m, a new indoor men’s record and Darrin had indoor PBs in the 60m (8.02), 200m (26.66) and long jump (5.06m). these were also indoor club records.
This weekend whilst the XC was on in Forres, Tamsin Fowlie (u13) was competing at the Age Championships in Glasgow. She was 5th in the final of the 60m with a big PB of 8.67 and another PB for the 200m of 29.07 secs saw her improve her own indoor 200m club record. Well done to these athletes.
The next indoor open meet in Aberdeen takes place on Sunday 26th February at 10.15am
