A Moray 3k athletics series came to an end with the final race on Wednesday night.
The Pinto Memorial Series was held in Cooper Park in tribute to Moray RoadRunners’ stalwart Alistair ‘Pinto’ Sim, who dies eight years ago following a battle with cancer.
The event is made up of three races, with all proceeds going to sportMoray which was supported by Pinto.
On Wednesday night, Kenny Wilson, Moray Road Runners, who is the current Northern Scot 10k Series Champion, finished first in the adults’ race in 8:54. Grace Whelan, Moray Road Runners, was the first female home in 10:42. A total of 44 adults and 26 juniors took part.
