Petrofac Athletics League – Meet 1 11/05/2014
A great turnout from the Club ensured a successful start to this season’s Petrofac League with 31 participants, old and new, competing in Inverness.
Despite exams, injuries and other sporting commitments affecting a few of our regulars, it was pleasing to see teams in the U11, U13, U15 and Senior Men’s categories. Full results will be put here once available. There were far too many PBs and memorable performances to mention all of them but a massive well done to all those who came through and did the Club proud, especially those competing on the track for the 1st time – Louis Russell, Lucas Addicoat, Tamsin Fowlie, Ryan Cantlie, Megan Cowell and Megan Smith.
The next meeting is on Sunday 8th June in Inverness. Transport will leave Elgin Academy at 9.45am so please confirm your attendance with the coaches.
| Andrew Stoker | Andrew Stoker U15 added another PB to the 3 he has already gained this season with a fine 26.30 200m in Aberdeen at the OGM on Thursday 24/04/2014 night.On the following evening in Inverness Jack Mitchell U17 threw another PB and club record at the 5kg hammer with 45.44m.
