The masses were back for the Scottish Athletics National XC Championships today at Falkirk.
With mud, hills, and shallow burn to cross it was a tough course today 
Mens field had a total of 624 finishers and senior women around 170
Good strong runs by James Wilson finishing 49th in the mass field and John Urquhart 260th
U20 Ellyn Smith running for her Uni finished 18th
U17 Hannah Stephen finished 50th
U13 Alex Whelan finished 35th
