There was a good turnout ofMRRs at this 10kmish course. A total of 8 runners attended. The day was hot but it was an enjoyable course. We started in the bottom arena and headed out onto the estate, not long after the start I did think we had entered an obstacle race as there was a cattle grid to deal with but thankfully that was the only obstacle on the course.
I had thought it was a relatively flat course, boy was I wrong, as there are a couple of undulations that you need to surmount on the way round. It was hard going with the heat but a very enjoyable course.
