Kenny Wilson and Gareth Jenkins headed to Stirling to take part in the Scottish 10k Champs.
Cool conditions with no wind, a fast course and a quality field saw the pair finish 23rd and 32nd with Kenny dipping under 33 mins for the first time in a fantastic PB of 32.57 and Gareth clocking 33.53.
