THE MORAY WAY RELAY 2014
The Walk Jog Run Moray (WJRM) Partnership is looking to incorporate a 95 Mile Team Challenge into its programme of events leading up to Glasgow 2014 (Route Map / Changeover Locations attached). Further details are as follows:
Event: Moray Way Relay
Distance: 95 Miles
Date: Sunday 15th June 2014
Eligibility: 17 yrs + (walkers – competitive runners)
Time: 8am – 7pm
Start: Grant Park, Forres
Route: Moray Way (Dava Way, Speyside Way, Moray Coastal Trail)
Finish: Grant Park, Forres
Teams: Maximum of 10 participants per team (10 Relay Legs)
Info: (To ensure that the relay is completed within the timeframe, all leg participants will set off together when the 1st person from the previous leg arrives at the changeover point. Individual times will be collated for each leg and an overall team time recorded).
