Well after the build up to the marathon that’s the first one done and dusted in Frankfurt.
Really pleased to finish in 2.22.39, not a bad debut😀 Cramps in hamstrings from 16mile and massive blisters….but Kenny is happy.
Paced it really well, just more work for the last 7k and all will be good 💪🏻happy coaches Kenny 🌟🌟🙌🏻
Also well done to Gordon Lennox on a 2.40.32 ! Great job 👍🏻
